Our production plan has been designed to give you a wide variety of herbs and vegetables. The plan has also included safety factors or multipliers of quantities that are 30% higher than we need to supply to you. Hopefully this will mitigate some of the risk associated with breaking new ground, weather, insects and disease. While we started seeding plants in February, our ability to get into the field to transplant and plant additional seeds will depend on weather conditions this spring.
Early in the season we will harvest arugula, asian greens, beets, broccoli, chard, chinese cabbage, cilantro, dill, kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, parsley, peas, radishes, rhubarb, turnips, scallions, spinach.
Mid-season we will harvest beans, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, edamame, melons, summer squash.
Late-season we will harvest garlic, onions, winter squash, eggplant, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, celery, fennel.
After frost, celeriac, brussel sprouts, parsnips.
(Bold means that you will are likely to see these plants more than once during the season, often with a different variety.)
