Application for Organic Certification
I am happy and relieved to report that we mailed our application for organic certification to Baystate Organic Certifiers today. The application outlines our process of growing vegetables on the farm. After review of our application and visit to the farm to inspect our growing practices, we hope that we will be granted certification. Now on to more seeding!
